What is your business goal? I am here to help build your strategy.
For example, the kids apparel goal was to elevate the product assortment and the distribution channel. To do this, I built a strategy that looked at what apparel was successful in men's and women's, as well as trending silhouettes with our target consumer, and the channels we needed to sell in to be successful. The result was selling more kids apparel in new stores, in more cities.

Is there a lack of efficiency in a part of your business and you know it needs improvement, but don't know where to start or have the time?
I had a situation where product shipments were late to the stores. I dug in and worked with various departments to find where the breakdown was. Got everyone together and held a two-day Summit to breakdown the issues, set clear roles and responsibilities and build out a process. The result was improved communication and on time shipments.
